Accounts Receivable Specialist Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AR Specialist Lead (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Directs daily operational tasks for AR specialists to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and KPI goals
• Responsible for all aspects of insurance follow-up and collections, including communication with payers and patients
• Identifies root cause issues for denials and coordinates with management for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience as an AR Specialist or AR Lead in a multi-state, high-volume specialty healthcare organization
• Experience with ModMed PM is strongly preferred; otherwise, experience managing dermatology AR is required
