Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Controller to join their team on a 2-3-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, monthly close, reconciliations, AP/AR oversight, and commission processing
• Supervise a small accounting team, including 2 staff in the Philippines
• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance reporting

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred
• Strong hands-on accounting expertise
• Proven experience in leading accounting teams and improving processes
• Mandatory proficiency with NetSuite
• Experience in managing commissions accounting is preferred
