Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
• Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements while collaborating with external experts
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high-quality client engagement and project management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller, with 2+ years of audit work in a CPA firm
• Experience in a multi-client environment and managing a team to meet deadlines
• Deep accounting experience across multiple industries
• Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
