Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist responsible for supporting the end-to-end contract process for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the contract workflow from intake through execution and processing
• Develop and draft contract documentation by researching client-specific information and verifying details
• Coordinate with team members to ensure effective workflow and consistent contract management processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, law, English, technical writing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a professional business setting, ideally in an analytical or project management role
• Experience with MS Office, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Adobe Acrobat
• Business-to-business experience managing evolving timelines and priorities
• Knowledge of relevant industry and marketplace is preferred
