Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance and support across various matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as internal counsel on compliance, contract review, commercial agreements, and corporate governance
• Manage coordination with outside counsel on litigation, regulatory, and transactional matters
• Monitor laws and regulations affecting the business and help improve internal processes for legal compliance

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of legal experience, with a mix of in-house and/or law firm background
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in marketing, compliance, or regulatory roles
• Strong knowledge of TCPA, data privacy laws, and digital marketing regulations
• Familiarity with MLR review processes and pharmaceutical industry promotional standards
