Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Compliance Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and provide feedback on marketing assets to ensure compliance with standards
• Translate complex policies and regulations into clear guidance for Marketing teams
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop risk-aware solutions that support business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, marketing operations, or a related field
• Experience reviewing customer-facing content in a regulated or fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of consumer protection concepts such as UDAAP, TCPA, or advertising compliance (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects or high-volume work under tight deadlines
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, or Legal
