Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business, acting as the primary point of contact for contract strategy, drafting, and execution
• Participate in pipeline review sessions with the sales team to advise on commercial approaches and address potential contractual risks
• Independently draft and validate sales contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and facilitating collaboration with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a relevant area
• Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
