Privacy Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Privacy Program Manager to support and enhance its global privacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operational aspects of the global privacy program
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD
• Manage Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) related to biometric data processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Information Security, or a related field (Master's degree or JD is a plus)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
• Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, or CIPT are highly desirable
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws and biometric data protection requirements
• Experience conducting PIAs, DPIAs, and managing privacy frameworks
