Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney to support their Legal and Compliance team in managing supplier contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and provide legal guidance on a range of supplier contracts, including SaaS and IT agreements

Required Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state; New York Bar admission preferred
  • Minimum of four years of experience in contract review and negotiation, focusing on commercial and technology agreements
  • Experience with SaaS agreements, vendor management, and procurement-related legal matters
  • Background in the insurance industry, data privacy, or AI-related legal matters is a plus
