Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager with Corporate Governance Experience (FLEX).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
• Conduct legal research and provide insights related to US law
• Support the formation and governance of domestic and foreign entities

Required Qualifications

• BBA/BA/BS degree in a business or contracts-related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of the Uniform Commercial Code
• Experience working in cross-functional and virtual teams
