Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Coordinator to manage assets for 365 and Office products and enhance content production pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily content production workflows and manage work requests
• Conduct quality control of content and manage ingestion, tagging, and publishing into asset management systems
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders and maintain process documentation for the production pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of production experience in content publishing or operations
• Strong expertise with Office products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, XML editing, CMS, and DAM
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Library Science, or a related field preferred
