A company is looking for a Manager, Content Marketing to lead their content marketing team and drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the content strategy, editorial direction, and calendar to support lead-generation efforts
• Manage the content marketing process from research to optimization, including SEO strategy and performance measurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between content efforts and broader marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, English, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of experience in content marketing leadership, including managing writers or editors
• Proven experience in content strategy development and execution across multiple channels
• Strong project and team management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience with keyword research and competitive analysis
