Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital marketing strategies for B2B and DTC products, including campaign optimization
• Implement and maintain marketing technology tools and ensure accurate data tracking and lead flow
• Design and enhance digital experiences, collaborating with product teams to improve conversion paths

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with technical expertise in GTM and JS tagging
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Hotjar, and SQL or low-code querying
• Strong operational mindset with a focus on user events and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or telecom verticals is a plus
• Familiarity with Next.js/React, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript debugging is advantageous
