Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Superstar (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaign operations and manage technical infrastructure for data integrity
• Monitor lead flow processes and maintain documentation for lead management best practices
• Assess and optimize marketing operations workflows, implementing scalable solutions and training team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, CX Operations, or Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of various Sales and Marketing systems (e.g., Big Marker, Splash, LeanData)
• Proven track record of leveraging analytics to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness
• Ability to independently manage projects while maintaining detailed documentation
