Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and redline various agreements including construction contracts, NDAs, MSAs, and purchase agreements
• Provide legal support for construction projects in Canada
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance and address contractual issues

Required Qualifications

• Active and in good standing bar membership in the US or Canada
• Experience with contracts related to Canadian construction projects
• Strong drafting skills
• Familiarity with redlining software
• Mid-senior level legal experience
