Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Manager to join their legal team on a remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor contracts, NDAs, and professional services agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with project requirements and objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks within contracts while maintaining organization in the company's SharePoint system

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in construction or commercial projects
• Experience in redlining and negotiating contracts using a negotiation playbook
• Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems
• Ability to work PST schedule as needed
