Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update lists of Loan Officers (LOs) and ensure they have necessary logins and access to marketing announcements
• Train LOs and processors on company systems and provide ongoing support and communication
• Track loan submissions and manage pipeline/lock expiration as requested by senior staff

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry
• Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as a sales assistant
