A company is looking for a Conflicts Attorney to join their team either in Atlanta or on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide contextual analysis and critical assessment of new business intake reports and conflicts materials
  • Manage the department's intake of requests and ensure accurate and timely responses
  • Assist in the administration of ethical screens and manage the engagement letter and conflicts waiver processes
Required Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school required
  • 3-5 years of direct law firm conflicts experience required
  • Experience with conflicts software; Aderant and Intapp preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
