Senior Manager of Government Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Government Contracts (Remote U.S.).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the government contracts compliance program
• Supervise regulatory changes and ensure alignment with contract requirements
• Lead audits, investigations, and training related to government contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in government contracts compliance, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sectors
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, VAAR, and procurement integrity regulations
• Experience with DLA, VA, and GSA contract vehicles
• Familiarity with Trade Agreements Act (TAA), Buy American Act (BAA), and government audit agencies
