Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract processes, including drafting, negotiating, and closing various commercial agreements
• Lead negotiations on key legal terms and act as the first point of contact for standard contracting issues
• Research legal issues and support cross-functional collaboration to enhance legal operations and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracting, either in-house or at a law firm
• Proficiency in contract redlining and independent drafting of legal terms
• Bachelor's degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce, and DocuSign
• Experience in SaaS or software agreements is a plus but not required
