Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues after training
• Provide comprehensive phone and email support for incident and request resolution for end-users
• Document required information in the ticketing system and maintain the in-house knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• Obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance; must have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
