Dispatcher

We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate and schedule customer installation and service calls, develop and maintain customer relationships and dispatch installers/technicians.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding service and installation.
• Schedule customer installation and service calls by dispatching installers/technicians.
• Ensure all paperwork from the field is complete and closed out in a timely manner.
• Proactively collaborate and communicate across departments and assist internal and external costumers as needed – including being a sales resource.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous demands and works well under pressure.
• Ability to think fast and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to overcome objections, solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
