Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted relationships with customers and drive the value of Compliance products and services
  • Consult with customers to ensure successful implementation and evaluation of Compliance digital learning programs
  • Monitor account health, address potential issues, and collaborate with the Account Team for customer retention and growth
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent, along with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Customer Success tools
  • Solid knowledge of the digital learning industry and understanding of regulatory training needs
  • Effective project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes in customer strategy and organizational direction
