Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders are scheduled within service level agreements (SLAs)
• Coordinate service technicians for customer requests, including new equipment installations
• Provide world-class customer service through effective communication with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of previous scheduling or routing experience
• Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to multi-task and switch between different communication channels efficiently
• Extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
