AML Compliance Testing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AML Testing Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead testing engagements related to BSA/AML and sanctions in accordance with program methodology
• Complete testing activities and reporting within established timeframes and align with the annual test plan
• Analyze data from multiple sources, document testing results, and manage testing projects and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6-10 years of experience in compliance testing or auditing within the financial services or banking sector
• Demonstrated experience managing teams or projects in a compliance, audit, or risk function
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. banking regulations, particularly BSA/AML and sanctions compliance
• Proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership
