A company is looking for a Remote Complex Claim Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate general liability claims for primary and excess policies
• Develop and execute litigation plans while managing lawsuits and legal budgets
• Analyze claim coverage with insurance carriers to ensure accurate claims payments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
• Three years of claims handling experience with commercial and multi-line knowledge
• Ability to critically review claim files and make independent decisions
• Extensive knowledge of insurance and claims processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
