Job Summary

A company is looking for a Discharge Analysis Clerk to work full-time from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes inpatient records to ensure completion of required documentation
• Identifies and tracks deficiencies in electronic medical records and communicates with physicians for completion
• Generates reports and processes loose filing for scanning

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
