A company is looking for a Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compensation advice and support to business clients and collaborate on compensation program development
• Conduct market intelligence and data analysis to inform compensation practices
• Manage the annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive planning process for assigned clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in compensation consulting or providing consultative advice within an organization
