Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Operations Leader to drive execution of high-priority initiatives supporting the Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of high-impact commercial initiatives across partnerships and customer engagement
• Coordinate annual commercial planning and ensure alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Analyze performance data and deliver insights to support decision-making and optimize commercial outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, operations, or program management within relevant industries
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed organizations
• Familiarity with go-to-market models and sales enablement strategies
