Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its legal operations related to commercial agreements and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Independently negotiate and close significant go-to-market deals with enterprise and large fintech clients
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and privacy positions
• Build deep relationships with key business and legal stakeholders to foster open feedback

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Law firm and/or in-house legal experience with technology-focused services agreements
• Growth mindset with a collaborative and positive attitude
• Strong organization and task management skills
• Experience with complex technology transactions involving sensitive data is a plus
