A company is looking for a Manager of Attorney Integration to oversee the onboarding and integration of new attorney hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a centralized onboarding process for new attorneys
• Collaborate with various departments to support client transition and relationship management
• Conduct regular check-ins and prepare progress reports on new hires' integration and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred
• Experience in attorney integration, professional development, or law firm administration preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with firm leadership
• Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
