Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst - CLO.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized workflows for clients and internal partners
• Gather requirements and manage project deliverables using tools like SharePoint and JIRA
• Build data reconciliation models and PowerBI reports to enhance client solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3 or more years of experience in financial industry technical projects
• Deep understanding of corporate bank loans and the full trade cycle
• Experience with various structures of bank debt, including CLOs and private debt
• Preferred certifications include Certified Corporate Trust Specialist (CCTS) or Corporate Trust Master Certification (CTMC)
