Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Specialist for the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for patients throughout their treatment and recovery process
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to administrative, medication, or service management issues via phone, chat, or email
  • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health clinicians to support telehealth care and maintain accurate documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a medical role such as Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Tech
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferable but not required
  • Experience in a high-volume contact center or care delivery environment
  • Comfort with technology and multiple software platforms
  • Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for remote work
