Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform claim intake via phone for various types of claims and respond to inquiries regarding the claims process
  • Handle 17-20 inbound calls daily, resolving routine and non-routine insured requests
  • Provide translation support and document processes to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Strong PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
