Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support and services to corporate and field associates
• Work as part of the User Support Services team to understand and meet business objectives
• Support business applications through phone and ticket assistance

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in end-user computing and application support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple operating systems
• Experience with Internet browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
• B.S. in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or relevant certification preferred
• 2-3 years of customer service/support experience
