Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Clinical Innovation & Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new business wins by providing clinical expertise during prospect meetings
• Drive client expansion by partnering with Account Managers to develop existing programs into new chronic condition areas
• Maintain an outcomes library to support client success and marketing efforts through clinical data and outcome measures
• Guide program launches by equipping care teams with necessary workflows and education

Required Qualifications

• BSN, NP, or higher-level clinical degree
• Experience in RPM, chronic care management, or value-based care
• Strong understanding of clinical pathways and health system operations
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills
