Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst with a focus on QAD ERP systems in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and IT for QAD ERP-related initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to manufacturing and ERP processes
• Support ongoing QAD ERP projects, enhancements, and production support

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment
• Strong hands-on experience with QAD ERP (functional focus)
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP workflows
• Ability to work PST hours and occasionally travel to California sites
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR/export control compliance
