Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and models
  • Remote work location (EST/CST preferred)
