Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide client training and education on products and services while identifying opportunities for business improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and drive retention and growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
• Minimum three years of experience in client services with a focus on client management in a subscription/SaaS business
• Minimum three years of customer success experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and models
• Remote work location (EST/CST preferred)
