Provider Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from providers and identify the type of assistance needed
• Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to provider inquiries
• Resolve issues in real-time or through timely follow-up, ensuring clear communication with members and providers

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
• Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) including flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
