Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Associate Project Manager to support and manage project delivery efforts across multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and support project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and deadlines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor task execution and maintain up-to-date status across multiple departments
• Serve as the primary contact for internal reporting and documentation of client project data

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in litigation support, legal operations, paralegal, or related client service roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced Excel skills required, including comfort with data formatting, formulas, and analysis tools
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and business intelligence tools is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and client expectations
