Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Manager for AR and Denial Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction for a complex portfolio
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of internal or external customer service experience
• Experience presenting to executives and CFOs
• Experience working with large healthcare systems or multiple hospitals
• 2+ years' experience in AR and Denial Management or Patient Financial Services
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, at an intermediate level or above
