Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst I Business Process Transactions - Claims Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments
• Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Provide elite customer service through various communication channels and report any suspicious activities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma completed
• 2+ years of relevant life insurance death claims business experience preferred
• Claims processing experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of life insurance products and applicable policies
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred
