Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support & Nutrition Specialist (German).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via various channels with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
• Offer evidence-based nutritional counseling on nutrition, supplementation, and longevity
• Support content creation and quality assurance for customer-facing materials and gather customer feedback for product and service improvement

Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in nutrition science, ecotrophology, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field of nutrition
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Ideally some experience in customer service or customer communication
• Confident in using digital tools such as helpdesk systems and CRM
