Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives within the Customer Success organization and communicate results
Support the operational cadence of the executive management team on behalf of the CCO and ELT
Contribute to the annual strategic planning process and track progress against key strategic goals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a senior strategic role, preferably in software or technology
8-10+ years of total experience, with a preference for Customer Success background
Undergraduate degree or MBA preferred
