Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Development Associate to support the growth of channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and current partner contacts to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Work with Channel Sales Managers to negotiate pricing and contracts
• Help maintain an accurate database of contacts and support the Channel team with various tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with cold outreach sales experience
• Preferred experience in HR Tech or Employer Broker industry and B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, or other sales software systems
• Organizational skills for effective time management and prioritization
• Curiosity and a desire for professional growth
