Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to enhance partner relationships and optimize sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partner managers and sales teams to manage strategic revenue-enabling initiatives
• Diagnose and address sales system inefficiencies, delivering solutions for improved partnership motion
• Drive project completion and simplify processes through automation and new tools implementation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, including Partner Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with partner sales, including resellers, brokers, and referral partners
• Strong data-driven approach to decision-making
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
