Change Management Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to co-create and implement a project plan focused on behavior change
• Design and execute a strategic communication plan to engage impacted individuals and roles
• Identify blockers to adoption and create actions to remove them while reinforcing positive behaviors

Required Qualifications and Education

• 10+ years of Change Management experience in large-scale organizations
• Experience in transformation projects related to surveys or similar change management initiatives
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
• Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Background in FinTech or Hi-tech industries is required; other industries like Healthcare or Retail are not ideal
