Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks and standards for program and project management
• Build and maintain relationships with Business Unit Leaders and manage program coordination
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process analysis to identify improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Extensive experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in program management or related roles
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma is a positive
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
