Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master for a 6-month project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
• Coach and mentor team members and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and manage expectations while fostering a healthy team culture

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification
• Demonstrated experience supporting Agile teams in the federal government space
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and frameworks
