A company is looking for a Senior Valuation Specialist in Real Estate Valuation Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the third-party appraisal process
• Review appraisals and provide feedback to third-party appraisers
• Lead projects and mentor staff while addressing complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Valuations, Lending, or Underwriting
• Must be a Certified Residential Appraiser
• Experience with Collateral Management Systems (CMS)
• Knowledge of Residential Appraisals and USPAP
• Proven ability to meet quality standards
